Duties/Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to join our clients site in London.
 
The working hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 16:00pm,  8:00am - 17:00pm, 9:00am - 18:00pm and 10:00am - 19:00pm equating to 40 hours per week.
 
Main duties:
 
  • To help support a very busy Reception area to include but not limited to:
  • Visitors Reception
  • Switchboard
  • Help Desk (Soft Services and Engineering)
  • Processing transport requests for customers
  • Processing hospitality requests for customers
  • Meeting room checks
  • General administration
  •

Person Specification
  • Providing a world class customer experience in our Clients Corporate Headquarters the right person will need to demonstrate the right attitudes and behaviours to work within a team in a very visible front of house environment. 
  • Must be smart in appearance and have a strong Front of House and administration background.
  • Flexible working ethics also essential.
