Duties/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Data Specialist with experience of the system EAM to work within our site in Stevenage on a fixed term contract basis.
 
 
Job Purpose:
  • To assist in the delivery of the Priority 1 GSK Global Engineering Standards (GES) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) policy gaps at GSK Stevenage.
  • Work with the GES GAP PM, Supporting Technical Staff, EMCOR SMEs and GSK WREF technical leads to establish and agree priority EAM workstreams including maintenance instruction updating, scheduling and superuser data entry/updating, ensuring these are delivered to time and to quality required.
  • Provide support across a range of maturing technical transformation activities established under the mobilisation and transition programme.
 
Duties / Responsibilities:

As part of the established policy gap closure programme, work with the GES GAP PM, Technical Support leads and EMCOR SME to:

  • Create, develop, deliver and refine EAM data to support the delivery of the GAP programme.
  • Work the EMCOR stakeholders (Planners, Schedulers, Asset Verification PM etc) to compile all relevant CMMS (EAM) data and documentation, in accordance with GSK policy and procedures, to ensure that asset data modified through the GES policy gap workstreams is accurate and complaint within EAM.This will include:
    • The modification or creation of new asset data, working with GSK TOMs, EMCOR SMEs and the EMCOR CMMS team to determine the requirement and ensure all GSK SOPs are adhered to.
    • Support the generation and manipulation of asset datasets to conduct audit, analysis and compliance checks on new and existing information.
    • Support and undertake Asset Criticality Rating reviews for new or reviewed asset data.
    • Creation and approval of Data Collection Worksheets (DCW) and new and modified asset change forms to facilitate the formal upload of new asset information onto EAM.
    • Support to Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) delivery associated with the GES policy gap workstreams.
  • Undertake meeting support and administration, including progress dashboard management, meeting booking, minute taking etc as required by the GES Policy GAP PM.
  • Liaise regularly with all relevant EMCOR and WREF Stakeholders regarding the delivery of the policy gap programme, problem solving and reporting back to the project manager as required.
  • Participate in (and deliver where requested) the EMCOR input to the validation of any subsequent P2 and P3 policy gap workstreams.
 

Person Specification

Professional Requirements:

  • C&G Level 3 in Computing, programming, IT or equivalent experience in industry.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with CMMS/CAFM systems, maintenance planning, scheduling and concession management.
  • Working knowledge of Infor EAM (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of ISO55000 series, RCM principles and CBM desirable.
  • IT Literate including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Visio. Experience of Smartsheets will be an advantage.
