An opportunity has arisen for a Project Supervisor to join our expanding contract based in Lincoln with possible travel to Peterborough.

The hours of work are: Monday - Friday 8 - 5.
Job Purpose:
  • Project Supervisor to work on our portfolio of projects across our clients commercial and operational estate. Day to day management of sub-contractor, ensuring project is running to schedule. Day to day management of health and safety for both our staff and sub-contractors working on Project. Providing progress updates to SMT on a weekly basis and ensuring escalations are made appropriately.
  • Assist Project Managers/Project Engineers in the implementation of projects across our client portfolio as necessary
  • Project Supervisors will be responsible for the day to day running of project activity and associated tasks
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of EMCOR UK staff working on the project as well as EMCOR UK sub-contractors. You will also be responsible to carry out associated administrative duties
  • To be responsible for the documentation of an archaeological project in accordance with EMCOR UK & Anglian Water standards and procedures
  • To assist with the design and successful completion of a project within budget and agreed timescale 
  • To work in accordance with the requirements of EMCOR UK and Anglian Water Health and Safety Policy and CDM process.
  • To supervise and undertake projects  in accordance with EMCOR UK policies, procedures and standards.
  • To direct the work of a multi-disciplinary project team and to provide members of the team with appropriate encouragement, guidance and feedback on that work in accordance with relevant project documentation and EMCOR UK procedures.
  • To assist the Project Manager and, if applicable, a Project Officer in the successful completion of projects within time and budget and to the required standard.
  • To ensure that site records and summaries are lodged with the EMCOR UK Project Team and client representative.
  • To contribute to and support positive morale within teams.
  • To be professional and polite at all times and to uphold the standards, values and reputation of EMCOR UK in all team, client and public interactions.
  • Any other reasonable duties appropriate to the post as may be required.
