Contract: Permanent Full Time
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

Job Purpose:

To ensure compliance with the agreement between EMCOR UK and the client for the delivery of IFM services across their portfolio.

Manage resources and promote an ethos of teamwork and to instil a culture of continuous improvement. To offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop the team so that they achieve their full potential.

To develop a relationship built on trust and transparency in addition to contributing to the development and success of EMCOR UK.

 
What you'll do:
 
  • Support the Contract Manager to effectively co-ordinate services across the whole of the scope of FM delivery, ensuring that EMCOR UK meets it’s full contractual obligations
  • Builds organisational capacity, responsible for the delivery of the service and maintenance of all assets under contract in the portfolio. operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations
  • To ensure active promotion and compliance with both EMCOR UK & Siemens Energy H&S policies and procedures
  • Fulfil all EHS reporting requirements within agreed timelines, present findings, identify and manage any risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with security regulations
  • Ensure quality performance through auditing of EMCOR UK staff in the performance of their tasks - workmanship, housekeeping and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a program of initiatives and achievements are maintained and kept on record
  • Responsible for the management of site budgets and ensuring all fixed costs and variable costs are processed & recorded correctly
  • Responsible for efficiently and economically implementing the assigned tasks from commencement to completion in full compliance to applicable standards and specifications, within the given time frame, including monitoring and regular reporting of overall progress.

Person Specification

Who you'll be:
  • Relevant Further/Higher Education
  • Qualifications and/or membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace Facilities Management)
  • Relevant professional qualification/ 5 years’ management experience within an FM corporate environment
  • Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH)
  • Experienced people manager, good leadership, team building and communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer relationships
  • Experience in supplier management
  • Experienced at managing budgets
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Hold a valid driving licence
