Role Overview: As the Head of Technical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all technical operations across a key account.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical advice on new buildings/assets and act as the Interface with projects, Asset Management and Operations for new building / asset handover. Manage the gap analysis and Risk Register for technical risks.
- Manage in full the cost centre P&L aspects with the finance manager, delivering your service in compliance with your allocated budget
- Lead the design & delivery of technical policy, process and procedures.
- Be the technical lead for account strategic planning, RCA/Investigations, maintenance strategy and delivery and technical innovation.
- Provide technical consultancy to the account director when required as well as support and chair technical management meetings.
- To ensure all applicable processes are designed to ensure operational excellence; with waste reduced and value add increased.
- Technical recruitment lead as well as succession planning for teams and individuals to encourage internal promotion and development
- Deputise for the account director when required.
