Job Purpose: 
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the EMCOR UK security management team and the wider account. This will also include being the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
 
What you'll do:
 
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the EMCOR UK security management team and the wider account. This will also include being the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Consistently support senior manager in guiding the team to meet KPIs and deliver service requirements.
  • Data Input for Performance Reports and presenting to senior management and the client.
  • Analyse daily performance data to drive KPI delivery minimising the risk of financial penalties.
  • Identify areas for improvement, fostering a team-oriented approach to delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage data tracking systems to ensure security managers complete security related tasks and audits consistently and accurately.
  • Manage a Finance Tracker, which involves processing agency billing, raising Purchase Orders (IFS), creating Work Orders, and drafting quotations for additional services.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of security operations for audits and reviews.
  • Maintain ongoing training tracker to maintain a high standard of security personnel.
  • Actively participate in improvement workshops to explore and assess the systems and its features, introduce them to users, and provide training
  • Providing guidance to security personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to security events and coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and scheduling of security personnel.
  • Assist senior management in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and protocols.

    General: 

    • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and pass on messages.
    • Any other duties as requested by Management within reason
    • To promote the company Visions and goals.

About the role

Who you'll be:
  • Advanced administrative experience in a busy corporate environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Advanced IT Skills, including word, Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheets.
  • Highly adaptable approach to a demanding administrative function.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • SIA DS license desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the corporate security, government, HM forces, police sectors is highly desirable.
